Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Sheik Ibrahim serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Ravion, providing strategic direction, governance oversight, and executive leadership across the organisation. With a foundation in civil engineering, his leadership is shaped by a deep understanding of project execution, technical risk, and on-ground delivery realities. As Chairman & CEO, he is responsible for defining Ravion’s long-term vision, execution philosophy, and operational standards. He oversees project governance frameworks, technical review mechanisms, and performance controls that guide the company’s delivery across residential and commercial developments. His approach emphasises disciplined planning, accountability at every stage, and consistency in quality and cost control. Under his leadership, Ravion operates as a system-driven organisation—where decisions are guided by engineering judgment, structured processes, and measurable outcomes rather than ad-hoc execution. This ensures reliability, transparency, and sustainable performance for clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Project Management Office (PMO)

The Project Management Office drives project scheduling, coordination, and progress control. By managing timelines, weekly targets, and execution sequencing, this team ensures projects move forward in a planned and controlled manner, reducing delays and execution gaps.

QS & Cost Control Cell
Cost certainty through disciplined budgeting
The QS and cost control team safeguards financial clarity throughout the project. Responsibilities include BOQ preparation, quantity verification, rate analysis, and reconciliation. This ensures transparency in costing and controlled handling of variations.

Architecture & Design
Design clarity before execution begins
This team ensures that construction starts only after drawings and specifications are clear and coordinated. The architecture and design cell manages planning, working drawings, and material specifications, aligning design intent with structural requirements, budgets, and site realities.

Digital Monitoring & QA
Transparent progress and quality assurance
The digital monitoring and QA team focuses on documentation, reporting, and quality checks at key stages of construction. Through structured inspections, progress tracking, and snag closure processes, this cell ensures compliance with defined execution standards and visibility for stakeholders.

Structural Engineering
Structural safety, buildability, and long-term performance
The structural engineering team governs the technical integrity of every project. From foundation strategy to RCC and steel coordination, this cell ensures that structures are safe, durable, and practical to execute on site. Critical stages are reviewed through defined checks to minimise risk and rework.
